Yield ranking needs rental data — current coverage 0%.
Nothing matches. The narrowest filter here is usually the property type, which defaults to improved: vacant land is a single listing in the whole census.
Ordered by cost per m², not by yield. Yield is the ranking rule, but no rent is held for any locality, so not one listing here can produce one. Ranking on yield anyway would return this list in listing-id order and call it a ranking, so the order falls back to a figure that exists. Rent is the last gap: it comes from live listings in the suburb, and nothing in the subscription carries it.
Where the bid price comes from. The census index carries no reserve. A detail fetch fills one in from the gazette notice where it recites one and from the listing page's own Reserve Price field where it does not. Sales with neither run as an opening anchored to what the property is worth, or, where there is nothing to anchor to, on a modelled band. Each row says which, and a reserve taken off the page rather than the notice says so too.
1 nearby auctions are held across 2 offices. Tick “show nearby auctions” to see them. They are not sheriff sales and carry no modelled figure.
